Unfortunately, the Dell BIOS has no setting for that. Could the problem be because of PEG/PCIe priority? I just upgraded from an Nvidia GT710 (which worked fine) to a Radeon RX560 running High Sierra on a Dell Optiplex 990 Mini Tower. Radeon 6470m kext. The card is recognized correctly by Mac OS, but the entire system runs very slow now (even just typing!) and the DVI output seems to be sending a black screen (the monitor detects a signal but the screen is black.) I followed this guide (added the 2 kexts) and also removed the NVidia drivers, but it’s still pretty unusable. Am I just hosed?
